Community Partners Connected
Individuals Served Annually
Centralized System

Working Wardrobes was founded in 1990 with the mission to help individuals overcome the barriers they face to gainful employment.
For many years, the organization relied on manual and very time-consuming tasks for record-keeping, using multiple Excel spreadsheets to capture important client and program effectiveness data. Because data was housed in many places, it was difficult to compile reports and audits in a timely fashion.
Casebook PBC provided a customizable tool that could be built around the specific needs of the Working Wardrobes team. With the help of the Casebook team, Working Wardrobes was able to catalog all of their service offerings, input necessary client information, and begin tracking data and impact all in one place.
With more streamlined operations and better communication between Working Wardrobes, its partners, and clients, Working Wardrobes has been able to improve its services and client experience. Since partnering with Casebook, Working Wardrobes has seen an increase in client satisfaction and has begun expanding its program.
Since we began working with Casebook, communication and transparency with our partners and clients have increased significantly. With all necessary documents in a central location that our team can access from anywhere, we have been able to more efficiently collaborate, improve client satisfaction, and increase our community impact.
