Alpha Omega Miracle Home, located in St. Augustine, Florida, provides housing, counseling, and education for the homeless, including single and expectant mothers, their children, and senior women. Its mission is to break the cycle of poverty. Executive Director Bridget Varnedoe knew it was time to expand their operations, but realized they needed a better system for managing resident data in order to do so. After researching options, Alpha Omega realized that its number one priority was to find user-friendly software that would make it intuitive for the staff and clients to collaborate.
